New Arrivals and Summer Trends at Madera Fashion

In case the  photos in previous posts haven't given it away yet... summer fashion is here! We're calling it now, jumpsuits and rompers are going to be the biggest trend of summer 2015. Madera Fashion has jumpsuits in a number of fun prints from florals to geometric shapes, in light fabrics perfect for the summer heat. Weekly Fashion Finds: Summer 2013 Trends

This week's edition of Weekly Fashion Finds features an old favorite: Madera Fashion. We love Madera for always being ahead of the game when it comes to fashion trends. Plus, they have the cutest clothes! Need proof? This is the one place where you will find this summer's trends all in one place:

• Geometric/bold prints - Like the tube top and maxi skirt pictured above on the far left.
• Coral and blue - We've seen these two colors matched together everywhere.
• American Flag - We've seen it on tops, jeans, shorts, everything!
• Bows - This trend has blown up in the alley over the last couple of weeks. Big bows on the back of shirts and dresses and now on bandeau tops. Love this look for the beach!
• Print leggings - Forget solid colors, right now it's all about prints. Madera has by far one of the biggest selections of leggings in all sorts of prints an colors.

Every week we bring you new styles and fashions available in the alley through our Weekly Fashion Finds and Facebook posts. We've received a lot of questions from our followers asking how or where they can purchase the items we post and if we (the mangers of the Santee Alley social media pages and blog) are vendors. We must first clarify we ourselves are not vendors, we simply represent the Santee Alley area. Weekly Fashion Finds: New Stores and Summer Clothes

The Santee Alley has discounted clothing and accessories for the entire family, including the kids. We especially love all the dresses we've been seeing lately. They're so unbelievably cute! The photo above is from Dulce, located at 1117-C S. Maple Ave. They carry clothing for both boys and girls, formal and casual. As you can see dresses start as low as $24.99 and they're currently running sales on boys clothing as well.

Obsession is one of our newest stores. We've seen multiple new stores open in the alley over the last couple of weeks. Most of them carry women's clothing, shoes, and/or accessories.

Trends: Short shorts and everything flag inspired. These two trends are shaping up to be two the strongest trends present in the alley. We've seen denim shorts in a wide range of colors as well as florals. Flag-inspired clothing is available for men and women. The American flag is an obvious favorite - tanks, hats, tops, shorts, and cell phone accessories.

Swimsuits and rave-style lingerie can be seen at most Santee Alley lingerie and hosiery stores. We expect to see more styles in the next few weeks as the weather gets warmer and EDC Vegas approaches.
