Last week we introduced you to two of our new stores, I Heart Fashion (1021-B) and Forever Fashion (1019-B), and this week both stores are offering readers a 10% discount on their entire purchase. The code word is "ARIANA".

I Heart Fashion: Santee Alley Summer Shoe Trends

Just like Forever Fashion, I Heart Fashion had its grand opening in Santee Alley recently. The shoe retailer carries a variety of styles from comfy flats to embellished platform pumps, but most importantly when we visited them last week they had exclusive styles not yet available at other retailers!

At I Heart Fashion you'll find some of the most popular trends this season:

• Clear/Lucite Heels
• Bright Colored Creepers - We saw these on an online retailer selling for double! (See second photo below.)
• Very detailed sparkly heels - Still going strong!
• Bold flats - These are not your ordinary ballet flats. Think bright colors, unique designs, and lots of details.

Women's Clothing Store Forever Fashion Opens in Santee Alley

As we mentioned earlier this week, The Santee Alley has new women's clothing and shoe stores. One of these is Forever Fashion located at 1019 Maple Ave. inside the alley. Forever Fashion carries trendy women's tops, dresses, shorts, jeans, and leggings. When we visited the store, these high-waisted cut-off shorts were their top seller. We saw a couple girls try them on and they look super cute on! The high-waited distressed jeans were also really popular.

Weekly Fashion Finds: New Store Openings!

The building complex at 1019-1025 Maple Ave. has undergone major renovations. As some of you may remember, the building was heavily damaged in a fire last year. After a complete make over, we are happy to announce new stores have opened up at this location and they look fantastic!

Savings vary, but to give you an example, on our last visit to B.Matthew we found RVCA shirts, which would normally retail for $30, for $18.99. Styles range from casual t-shirts to tailored coats and leather jackets.

Black Knights

Black Knights is an authorized sneaker retailer of Jordan, Nike, Lacoste, Levis, Converse and various other athletic shoe brands. They offer up to 50% off full retail prices. On average, expect to save $20-$30 compared to department stores. The Jordan and Nike selections are quite extensive. If Dad likes shoes, this is the place to go!

BZ Studio

BZ Studio has been selling men's clothing in Santee Alley for 20 years. They specialize in dress and casual shirts and suits, but also carry jeans, leather jackets, and outerwear. The average price for a casual long sleeve button-up shirt is $20. Tailoring services are also available on site.

Upgrade Dad's wardrobe! Go Suit is one of five suit retailers owned by the same family, which also manufactures its own products. Package deals range from $99.99 to $179.99 and include suit, tie, belt, shoes, and socks. The also offer "Buy 1 Get 1" deals on select suit styles.
